Need to know what events mean that I'm unavailable. Does this require an list of existing trips. We have lists of conferences, travel and accommodation but not trips specifically. Some trips combine more than one conference.

Are there any types of event other than existing trips that shouldn't be missed?

Conferences have a 'going' boolean flag.

How about saying not available for travel during an existing accommodation booking or when a conference is marked as 'going'.
